REDUCE THE NUMBER OF MOVING PARTS AND SEPARATE ROOMS. ASSOCIATE THE BUILDING AS A WHOLE WITH ITS SITE BY EXTENSION AND EMPHASIS OF ALL THE PLANES PARALLEL TO THE GROUND.
